Vintage Wood Mandolin Vegetable Cabbage Shredder Grater, Primitive Kitchen Tools

This listing is for a vintage wood and metal mandolin vegetable or cabbage shredder. Unsure of it's origin, but it belonged to my late mother in law who was an avid collector of primitive and antiqued items. Seems as if it could be used still, but blade may need to be sharpened. It has a string showing in one photo as it hung on the wall previously. Quite large as it's 18" long x 6.25" wide and about 1" deep. It also weighs over 2 lbs.
