Vintage Women's Red Colorful Quilted Cropped Jacket Size Small

This is a fabulous vintage women's quilted cropped jacket. To me, the jacket seems to be quilted, but I am not an expert. The primary color is red, but other colors included seafoam green, gold, white, & blue. Super pretty colorblock! Even the sleeves are decorated with the same color way. Inside is all white. The front has 3 cloth covered red buttons & red button loops. Wear it buttoned or unbuttoned. There are shoulder pads sewn inside. I think someone made this jacket. There aren't any tags. I think it is a size small. Very good condition
