Measures 24" flat across and 28.5" from backside base of collar to hem . This is in good condition however, it does have a couple of spots. I paid to have it dry cleaned. So it is ready to wear. The size tag has been removed. However, this was my mom's and she wears a size 20. Please compare measurements to some thing in your closet. Beautiful red color perfect for the upcoming holidays.
