This jacket is fully functioning and in good condition. There are a few things to note: May have a few tiny white spots here or there throughout the jacket. You have to look hard to see them. I feel like with a good dry cleaning they'd come off. there is a rip in the shoulder lining of the inside of the jacket, shown. Hanging thread inside jacket, shown. Loose thread by bottom zipper area, shown. Slight hole on back by back collar area, shown. Dark spot near upper shoulder area, shown. Sold as is. This DOES have shoulder pads. 70% wool and 30% nylon.
