Ramie cotton mix (mid-weight), made in Hong Kong. Says 9/10, listing as medium. Cute v notch on the back waist. Waist - 28 (maybe 29), hips - 19 (pleats at rest), inseam - 27 and a bit, length - 39 (including higher waist), cuff opening - 6.
