Each sleeve has 3 metal buttons at the cuff 2 front pockets with embroidered decorative pattern Minor discoloration/stain/spots on front, see zoomed in photo at the location circled in white. The inside lining is patterned and has 1 small hole and one stain/spot (see photos).
