Vintage Women’s EccoBay Floral Patterned Boho Top

Colorful and vibrant vintage (70s? 90s?) floral bohemian blouse featuring balloon sleeves (3/4 length), elastic cuffs, semi sheer fabric, and unique collar. In excellent gently used condition. There’s not a fabric tag but I’m assuming it’s some kind of synthetic material. Please see photos for measurements as it can fit many sizes depending on how fitted or loose you’d like it to be.
