This is a new with tags black skirt by Dressbarn Woman. It is size 18W and made of 63% polyester, 33% rayon, and 4% spandex. The skirt has a pleated hem with a white trim and measures approximately 29 inches in length. The skirt is in excellent condition with no visible imperfections.
