Vintage Women’s Bulova 17 Jewels Wristwatch (Not Working)

Preowned, Vintage - 1964, I believe, since M4 is stamped on back of watch (not confirmed by a professional). Wind up mechanical watch, no batteries. Condition: Not Working. Watch has not been cleaned or serviced. Attempt repair or use for parts. Back of clasp on band is stamped “U.S.A.”, 10K.G.F. Top”.
