Vintage Womens Belt Size M Blue Embossed Gold Made in USA

The sizing may be off as it looks smaller than a medium waist measurement from first hole to last one is 26-30" Not sure if this is leather or not but its an older belt and has not cracked or peeled like faux leather would being vintage In excellent condition
