Vintage Handmade/custom from 90's. this traditional qipao/cheongsam dress is very soft, plush velvet burgundy floral design w/ metallic design. amazingly well-made + features hand-tailored details. It is padded with a soft inner-lining. Closes with back zipper + hook and eye at the neck. 3/4 sleeves and slits at hem. Perfect for the Winter, spring and fall. In good used condition- some loose threading Size medium but fits like a XS or small. See measurements for the best fit
