Vintage Womans Shoes Black Velvet Silver Rhinestone Heeks Victorian Size 9

This is a pair of women's black velvet heels featuring a block heel. The vamp of each shoe is embellished with silver-toned rhinestones and larger oval/round stones, arranged in two distinct patterns. The interior has a silver-colored lining (it comes off, needs to be glued on), where the brand is a little visible. The silver lining shows creasing and some discoloration, consistent with pre-owned condition. The velvet ipper exterior appears to be in good overall condition with minor signs of wear. There is a faint size indication of 6.5, however it will fit size 7 better, listing it as such.
