A piece of 70s history: made in the USA, these boots are still kick in’. The boots are made from tan suede leather, featuring a classic Western design with a pointed toe, a pull tab at the back, and detailed stitching, designed for comfort and durability. Featuring Vibram soles. They are in really good vintage condition, with typical signs of vintage wear but no major scuffs or stains. The inner sole of the heels are worn and distressed (no Wolverine label on inside) but still have some cushion. There are a few missing stitches in back of one boot. They are size 8.5M but can fit women’s 7.5 or 8 if thicker socks are worn. These are so cool, a bit distressed (given that they’re vintage), giving western but also boho vibes (think the Frye Campus Boot!). But seriously, they don’t make clothing and shoes as good as these anymore. Wolverine World Wide, Inc. was founded in 1883 by G.A. Krause in Rockford, Michigan, USA. Initially, the company focused on making durable boots for loggers and outdoor workers, which is reflected in the rugged design philosophy that persisted into the late 20th century. By the 1970s, Wolverine had expanded its product line to include a variety of styles, including the cowboy and western boots. The company was and is known for its commitment to quality and durability, using materials and construction techniques that were ahead of their time.

jessieeee44 Curious the fit of these? Do they run small for a 8.5? Thank you

rrroses @jessieeee34 Great question! I almost always wear a 7.5 and thought I could get away with these because they do seem to run a tad small but they’re just the slightest bit too big for me sadly. I’d say they fit like an 8.

jessieeee44 Such a cool piece. I’m a true 8.5 so debating but hoping could make work since suede. Thank for the quick reply!

rrroses @jessieeee34 Understandable! They are really cool, and great shape for their age. I think 8.5 would fit, but might be a little snug in the toes, just because of the typical pointed toe shape. But, yes they are quality leather!

rrroses PS I measured the inside sole; 10" from toe to heel. :)
