Vintage Wittnauer AS1740 Swiss 0280 Diamond Romance goldtone watch still in box

This is a Wittnauer quartz watch. This is still in the original box, with the original tags, with the original papers. I have not opened the watch to replace any batteries as the little booklet that comes with it says opening the back affects the water resistance and all this, and I am not confident in my watch abilities.  The watch face says AS1740 SWISS 0280 and the tag says Diamond Romance Mineron Crystal. The original tag is for $180. There is still a sticker on the back of the watch. The tag on the box appears to have been torn off. I love vintage stuff in original packaging. It's so fun!
