Vintage Wisconsin Youth Soccer Ball American Challenge Official Size & Weight

Just found this Wisconsin Youth Soccer ball on a shelf as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed climes. Ball has been used and does have some marks on its surface, but it still feels very inflated. I can NOT read the size of the ball, but it does say "Official Size & Weight". "Ultra Soft". I don't know what the material of the ball is made of. Please look at all of the photos and ask any questions before you buy. I try to describe everything the best I can.
