Vintage Willow Ridge Summer Dress, Size 14

Vintage pale blue/white floral dress by Willow Ridge. Short sleeves. Shoulder pads. 10 buttons on the front, with a hook/eye closure at the waist. Waist is elastic, so it can fit a few different sizes. Comes with a belt, which is slightly discolored but works fine. This dress also has pockets on both sides.
