Vintage William Adams frosted glass rose bowl

William Adams frosted glass rose bowl with silver plated base Made in Italy . Candy dish , trinket dish etc The exterior silver plate is tarnished see last pic . I rather like the patina of the piece . . There is a makers mark inside the pedestal tried to take a pic . size ~4.75" wide x ~3.25" tall Thank you Few scratches at the bottom of the bowl
