Vintage Whiting and Davis Gold Mesh Wallet

Whiting & Davis is known for their gorgeous mesh evening bags. But…..if an evening bag isn’t something you can use, but you still like the look, here is a great option, a Wallet. W & D made this beautiful gold mesh wallet in the 60’s era. (The logo is sewn inside the change purse.) The wallet has snaps on both sides and opens completely. The lining is a black grosgrain fabric. There is a zip area for bills and an open pocket in front of the zipped area that can be used for bills as well. There is a change purse with a kiss lock in the middle. On the other side is a small pocket with a snap closure with spaces under the pockets for cards or whatever. The wallet is in great condition. It doesn’t look like it was used much, if at all. The wallet is 4 1/2” by 3 1/2” when closed. When open, it is 7 1/2”. A small touch of bling that is functional. Would make a great gift!
