Vintage White Alligator Leather 1950’s Clutch Handbag Purse Formal

Cute bag that is a white/ivory color with a gold chain & clasp. I don’t know if the purse is faux alligator or real; purse has no markings. Purse feels like real leather. The purse opens into a cool square shape. The purse was called a Double Duty Clutch because you could use it with or without the gold chain. The only flaw is the hardware on the inside tore the lining a little bit (see picture).
