Vintage Whimsy Goth Velvet Dress

This dress is in great condition. I cannot get an accurate color photographed because in some lights it is the deepest emerald green and in other lights. It’s a deep turquoise blue. It has shoulder pads that could be removed. It’s definitely from the early 90s. Bin 9
