Vintage Whimsical Mid Century Snowman with Top Hat by Brinns of Philadelphia HTF

This is an absolutely adorable vintage ceramic snowman figurine. He’s just so cute! Made by Brinns of Philadelphia, he’s in pretty good condition for his age. The only flaw he has is a little blemish in his face (shows in picture). I always welcome questions, offers, and bundle discounts.
