Vintage ‘While You Were Out’ forms notebook

Vintage spiral notebook / notepad that contains “While You Were Out” forms from American Pad & Paper Company. The notepad contained 200 calls / 4” x 5.5” removable originals; only a few pages have been used & ripped out, so there’s still close to that amount. There are permanent bound duplicates (4 per page). You can use the notepad to take messages and notes for other people. In excellent vintage condition!
