A Westmoreland black glass decorative plate. Hand painted and signed by L.Plunes 1973 Manufacturer sticker attached The plate measures approximately 8.5 inches in diameter. It is marked on the back although difficult to see at times. No chips, cracks or repairs noted. No chips or cracks.
