Fine porcelain in deep cobalt-blue ("Kobalt") ground, lavish 22 k or heavy gold gilt decoration, white leaf-motif highlights, scalloped rim. Footed/pedestal form (cake/serving stand) approx. 12"+. Minor glazing wear Small chip at base not seen at all when standing upright- only if you flip it upside down.
