I’ve had this dress for about 20 years and it has only been worn twice and the rest of the time it’s been hanging in the closet in a garment bag. The dress looks brand new and only has some yellowing on the inside which is due to age. If you dry clean it, it should go away. The bodice is fully beaded and the skirt is tulle with some beading on it. Am willing to negotiate on the price
