This piece is pretty tarnished but can be easily shined up however some may like the age so I’ve left it as is. It is marked web sterling on the bail as well as the bell. I’ve seen this described as a birth record bell. Not sure if it was used as a tooth/teething ring or rattle. It isn’t monogrammed so it’s ready for the birthdate and weight of a baby. The ring is lucite and the bell sounds clear when the piece is shaken.
