Vintage Washington DC ribbon button stud

This neat vintage collar stud has red white and blue ribbons, looped over. Through the center is an enamel button stud of Washington, D.C. The back of the stud can be worn by inserting it into a button hole on a collar or lapel. This piece shows its age with patina, surface wear, and fraying on the ribbon ends.
