Vintage Washable Leather? 3/4 Length Gloves

These are cool vintage gloves! They feel and look like a very fine thin leather, but the fact that it says they're washable makes me wonder...it says they are a size 7 but run small as I could barely get them on (see photo #4.) A few flaws...they are a little crushed from storage. There is an indentation on inner side of left glove but it is not a hole or tear (#5), and on the inner top of right glove there are a few white spots where some leather has worn off #6).
