Vintage Warren Petites Sz 2P Cocktail Dress Formal Royal Blue Lattice Sleeves Sheath Dress This vintage dress by Warren Petites was made by the ILGWU (International Ladies’ Garment Workers Union). This royal blue dress is made of a linen blend and has shoulder pads that have discolored over time and can be easily removed with 2 snips of thread each.
