Vintage Warell Blue & Black Floral Dress with Belt Size 14 P Pleated Top

This is a lovely vintage dress by Warell, size 14 petite. It's 100% polyester and is lightweight. The top has pleats. It has a coordinating belt. The backing on the belt shows a little wear and bend marks, which are not visible from the front side. I measure the length from the shoulder to the bottom as 40-1/2". Chest is roughly 40".
