Vintage Wall Pocket Vase decor 3D Old Time woman ready to hang Porcelain VGC

This is an antique wall hanging vase or planter done in a 3D effect.  It features a Victorian woman wearing a hat.  I am unsure as to the maker. There are two holes on the back for hanging. It measures 6" x 6" x about 1".  Projection is about 1 3/4". A couple of small chips on the hat and minor paint loss on her necklace and hat mostly.   Weighs 14 oz before box.  I am happy to bundle or answer questions. Thank you!
