World War II United States Marine Corps (USMC) Winter Service Uniform
The jacket was manufactured by College Hall Fashions and has a contract date of December 5, 1942.
Size 4S, as marked inside the left sleeve.
The collars feature beautiful matching P36 Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblems, which are original to the uniform and utilize a high-quality brass nut on the back.
Both shoulders feature the corporal (Cpl) insignia strips, with an additional patch of four lightning bolts and an arrow on the left.
Four coat pockets, one interior pocket.
16" across shoulders, measured flat
24.5" sleeve
29" length from back of collar to hem.
The pants are labeled 3L for size and in great condition. The pants were manufactured by Perfect Trou company in January 1943
Button closure with two side pockets plus coin pouch.
30" waist, 40" length, ~29.5" inseam
Both Jacket and Trousers are stamped with Marine's last name.
The uniform remains in good condition. There is one small moth hole on the rear collar of the jacket as well as loose stitching at the back of the jacket liner. No signs of distress on the pants.
