Vintage WWII US Woman's Navy Officers Khaki Hat

This is a vintage US WWII Woman's Khaki top, black bottom Navy officers hat. It was made by Kingform Cap New York. Has a tag that has a 22 on it. I'm assuming a size? Has a brass eagle button on either side of the leather band across the front, I think it's made to hold a badge. Has a plastic lining/pocket on the inside of the hat over the manufacturer.
