Vintage W.S. George Warranted 22 Karat Gold Ardalt Demitasse Half Cup Saucer

- vintage demitasse cup and saucer with 22 karat gold trim from W.S. George made in USA - bottom marked warranted Ardalt 22 Karat (partially rubbed off) Derwood W.S. George Made in USA 1858 - from the 1930’s or 1940’s (belonged to a family member) - art on the cup is George Washington playing the flute with Martha Washington looking on - the cup is decorated on one side, edges trimmed in 22 karat gold - no cracks or chips on either piece - very good vintage condition: there is wear on the gold trim especially on the cup, missing paint on the cup handle, a couple tiny dark spots on the saucer and discolored areas on the cup - one or two small bumps on the bottom interior of the cup - demitasse or half cup size, smaller than a regular cup: Saucer is 4.75” diameter Cup is 2.5” high, 2.5” width at the widest Smoke-free home Shipped same or next day.
