Vintage Volupte USA "High Tide" Goldtone Loose Powder Compact

This Volupte “High Tide" loose powder compact was first made for release during the 1947 Christmas season with a design reflecting the sweeping grandeur of the sea. Features gold tone plating metal with push tab openings, original puff & mirror. Does not appear to ever have powder or product inside. Has light scratches, minor plate loss & the interior felt lining has come me loose on one side. Hallmarks: Volupte USA Measurements: 3” x 3” Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with noted flaws
