V-neck Inverted Bustline Rosette Dress. It's very flattering on the body. Reminiscent of Rose DeWitt Bukater from Titanic if she were to time travel to contemporary times. Very elegant. Will iron before mailing out. Possibly originally a custom made dress from a local tailor. Quite a unique design, and different from what's found in the usual stores like Anthropology, Reformation, Banana Republic, Aritzia, etc.
