Vintage Vivant by Sarne beaded handbag wristlet

This vintage piece is super cute with a metal handle. Wristlet? Handbag? You decide, photo with measurement. Please note beading is damaged, especially on the bottom back area as pictured. On the right side the fabric kind of puckers and doesn’t fold in as well as on the left but I never noticed until taking these photos.
