Vintage Victorian style Die Cut embossed paper dogs

This is an absolutely beautiful vintage piece. it features two dogs in a basket. a paper mache style embossed Victorian card on the back stamped Western Germany and has some slits on the bottom which I believe is for a ribbon where you would tie it around a package. very cool piece. approximately 8 x 10
