Vintage Victorian Style girl Paper Doll Ornaments LOT of 21 die cut paper 1980s

1980s Lot of 21 19 are one sided 2 are two-sided, have design on back. APPROX: 3 1/2” tall Unbranded. These were made by Merrimack and Midwest Cannon Falls. Not sure which these are. Originnaly a garland. Ribbon added to top. Been stored in zip loc baggie. NOTE: 2 of crease marks on back, one has a little crease on front.
