Frilly lace and crochet mock neck blouse with shoulder pads, Victorian era style. I believe it is from the 90’s but not positive. No stains or notable flaws. Great vintage condition. Wrists can be buttoned to be tighter. Brand is San André. Approximate measurements Pit to pit 21” Length 25” Sleeve from shoulder seam to wrist 23.5”
