This Vintage Dessy Creations Victorian Ivory Lace Dress has Pearls and is runched at the waist. It has a high neck with puffy Puffy shoulders, 3/4 inch sleeves, a pleated skirt, a zipper and eye hooks up the back and a built in bra. It is 17" armpit to armpit, 13" across the front waist, 16 1/2" across the front hips, 15" across the back shoulders, 18" from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve and 52" long. It's marked a size 10 but will fit a Small.
