Vintage Victor Costa Knee-length Off-the-Shoulder Dress Floral

Preloved Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue Size: 6 (See notes below.) Materials: Cotton, Tulle Netting This is an absolutely gorgeous dress! It has puff sleeves that fall off the shoulders, a fitted “corset” style top, and a puffy tulle underskirt to give it shape. I’m 5’4” and it falls around my knees, a little longer. I included photos of the hook and eye, which is attached but has extra thread, and the material around the zipper. I believe it was made this way, but I wanted to show a photo just in case. This is a preloved item and will show signs of wear, so please do keep that in mind. It may need steaming or cleaning upon arrival. *Size note: I am not sure what size this truly is. One tag says 6, but I am a true 6 and it does not zip for me. I would say it runs small. Let me know if you would like measurements.* *This listing is for the dress ONLY.
