Vintage Velvet Navy Blue Skort Romper

This is a dark navy blue or midnight blue velvet skort (skirt-shorts) long-sleeve romper from Urban Outfitters. It has bows tied on the end of the sleeves and the inside is all a mesh material (comfortable, non-itchy). It feels like wearing a short dress. You can see in the photos, the bottoms are shorts with a skirt flap covering it (skort). Size small-petite S-P Polyester and spandex - stretchy material There are some pressure marks from the age of the product and it being folded. These can be removed using a steamer.
