Vintage Velvet & Lace, Black &White Party, Semi Formal Dress

This vintage dress is a rare gem of a find! One of a kind, white lace accented with vertical velvet stripes. Complete with hort sleeves with a zipper in the back. It is vintage, and there is some extra ribbon extending past the lace on the bottom hem. You could easily shorten the velvet ribbon, but I didn't want to modify it, just in case the buyer prefers it as is. No size tag or brand tag that I could find, measurements are as follows, folded, (see pics) Bust: 17-17 1/2 inches Waist: 13 1/2 inches Length: 35 inches top shoulder to hem.
