Vintage Velvet Dress With Florals

What a cute dress!! So many magnificent details to list. This is a custom piece made sometime in the 80s/90s, I'm guessing. Fully lined. Impeccably made by a seamstress who knows her craft. Long sleeves with slight puff shoulders. Mock wide-stitch print on velvet. Peter Pan collar. Snap closures on cuffs and back. Daisies, green flowers, and purple dandelions on the bottom half, which PIP against the black background. No labels of any kind. Flat Measurements: Waist: 28" Pit to pit: 18" Length: 40" Sleeve length: 24"
