90’s 2 pc Velvet burn out whimsical stretchy long dress with amazing matching jacket. This very unique dress has all the fairy whimsical goth vibes. Chocolate brown with mesh overlay on bust. A few subtle sequins on bust and mesh parts of jacket. Beautiful swirlable bottom with inserts. Jacket sleeves are bell wrist and lots of details. Has a good stretch and flattering shape. Excellent condition but will note the hem is a little longer on right side. See last photo. Made in USA Size medium. True to size. Measurements shown and will stretch an additional 2.5-3” on each.
