Vintage Vanity Fair dress

Red and white vintage polka dot dress. No size tag, but I’d say it’s about a 4 based off of trying it on myself. Both armpits have stains, I haven’t tried to get them out. Material feels like cotton. 7th photo shows stain on right shoulder. Maybe it’s from the 40s or 50s? I don’t know vintage fashion well enough to say. It’s so cute please someone wear it!
