Vintage Vanity Fair Poly Nylon slip size medium

Selling a vintage slip dress by Vanity Fair. Size is listed as medium. I am typically a medium and this is too big in the bust for me so maybe runs a little big or would be ideal for someone with a larger cup size (c+). No snags or stains. Some permanent marker inside one of the straps (photo) but not visible when worn. Made in the USA. Bust flat (approximate): 19” Hips flat (approximate): 21.5”
