Vintage Valentine Mechanical “SHAKING HANDS” Carrington Die Cut 1940s

When you move the arm, the dog’s paw moves. The stand up tab is still present. Measures approximately 4 1/4” wide x 5 1/4” tall. Part of the brand information is missing on the back lower right corner, but the maker’s name (Carrington) is present.
