Vintage Utility jacket

When I purchased this it was marked as a medium on the website but there is no size tag. I would consider this more of a large, maybe extra large. Makes me so sad because it is just not flattering on me due to the size. The measurement from pit to pit is about 22in (I had to use a small ruler so not the most accurate). Sleeves are a bit cropped/not full length. Please give this vintage lovely a new home! It is so beautiful and needs to be seen.
